8th Annual Kenya Music Week "Towards Vision 2030"

Kenya Music Week Limited is working to develop the Kenya Music Industry into a professional, transparent and profitable business via the focused co-operation of all Industry stakeholders (i.e. musicians, producers, promoters, distributors, consumers, media, government and donors). This is an initiative of a partnership between PHAT! Music & Entertainment and Triple P K Publishers which conceptualised and produced KENYA MUSIC WEEK - a celebration of Kenyan music featuring a Trade Exhibition, Live Performances and Educational Workshops.

This is the 8th Annual KENYA MUSIC WEEK; with the inaugral edition successfully held in Sarit Centre Expo Hall for 4 days from Thursday 9th to sunday 12th December in 2004 and was followed by six (6) equally successful annual KENYA MUSIC WEEKs in December 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010, at the same venue.

The 8th Annual KENYA MUSIC WEEK is themed Towards Vision 2030 and is on at Sarit Centre Expo Hall from Thursday 8th December until Sunday 11th December 2011
